SALES SUPPORT WHEELS

Job:

As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in keeping in touch with our dealers and processing orders efficiently. You will be the daily contact for our wheel department. You will answer phone calls and emails from dealers, and inform our B2B customers through various communication channels, including email and social media.

After thorough internal training by your colleagues Marc and Jasper, you will be jointly responsible for the entire order process, from placing orders with manufacturers to final delivery to our customers. Excel skills are essential for carrying out these tasks, and being able to speak fluently on the phone in French is required.

Profile:

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Fluent in Dutch, French (at least 6.5/10) and English to a lesser extent

* Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

* Customer-oriented and accurate in performing tasks

* Team player with a proactive work attitude

* Passion for cars

You will answer telephone calls and e-mails from dealers, and inform our B2B customers through various communication channels, including e-mail and social media.

After thorough internal training by your colleague Jean-Marie, you will be jointly responsible for the entire order process, from placing orders with manufacturers to final delivery to our customers. Excel skills are essential for carrying out these tasks, and being able to speak fluently on the phone in French is required.

Profile:

* Primarily administratively strong

* Fluent in Dutch, French (at least 6.5/10) and English (to a lesser extent)

* Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

* Customer-oriented and accurate in the execution oftasks

* Team player with a proactive work attitude
