As a first-line support employee, you are the point of contact for our back office. You provide support in Windows, Office, Outlook, network, telephony, etc.

You make analyses & tickets with our suppliers and follow them up. From a general broad computer knowledge you come into contact with all kinds of IT issues in the broadest sense.

Your job description:

Supporting employees ("help desk").

Management of hardware and infrastructure (laptops, update servers, network segmentation, cloud support).

Support and configuration at / of specialised software (a.o. Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Office 365, Veeam backup, VLANs...).

Project management: in the long term, providing support for our ERP Odoo in cooperation with external partners & providing support for the webshop.

You are also involved in projects concerning cyber-security.

Then you will be employed in a company of about 20 employees. You will form a team together with Matthias, our passionate IT expert, and work on all aspects of IT.

You preferably have at least 2 years of relevant experience in an all-round IT function and speak fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus. Experience with Zerotrust, Watchguard, Pfsense, FreeRadius or Linux are a plus.
